Microsoft Visio 2010 Tips – Yet, Visio already provided several stencil options, you still can customize your own stencil in order to contain the most used shapes.
- To save certain shape to stencil creation, click right on shape. The next, direct mouse to Add to My Shapes. From this, please choose Favorites or stencil you have just created.
- To save output search on certain stencil, click right on title bar of output search, then click Save As. In File name box, name it then click Save. Defaultly, its stencil will be saved in My Shapes folder.
- To access stencil in My Shapes folder quickly, from “More Shapes” menu, choose “My Shapes”, click “Favorites”.
