Microsoft Word 2010 Tips. “Ctrl+F” shortcut was available to search text in document a long time ago. However, its shortcut is no more used, if you click the combination of these buttons, will appear navigation panel in left side of window.
Navigation panel contains search box and three tab below it. Try to type anything in Search Document column, and Word immediately search and mark word that is suited with yellow block. In the third tab, will appear found words list in document. If clicking it, you will be just brought the intended document position.
If we click the first tab in Navigation Panel, you will see titles in document as though it were the list content in a report. In the second tab, in the middle, you will see the view of each page you have in document. Click page preview will bring you to destination page.
